Ellan Reward Points are designed to be as easy to use and earn as possible.

Ellan Reward Points Terms And Conditions
It is a condition of the Ellan Reward Points Scheme that the following terms and conditions are accepted by you. By participating in the Ellan Rewards Points Scheme, you are indicating your acceptance that any reward points earned through your dealings with the Ellan Reward Points Scheme are with regard to and bound by the following conditions :
1. Reward points are earned and automatically applied to your account on completion of the checkout process and cleared payment for goods.
2. Points are attributed to your account and will remain pending for a period of 21 days after completion of the checkout process.
3. Once they have been activated, Reward points can be redeemed against any item for sale at ellan.co.uk
4. Reward points cannot be used for a discount on delivery or shipping charges.
5. Discounts or offers of Free Shipping/Delivery are not affected by redeeming reward points.
6. Discount Codes, special offers etc can still be used alongside the redemption of reward points.
7. Reward Points can only be redeemed at ellan.co.uk and are not transferable.
8. No cash alternative is offered for the redemption of Rewards Points.
9. If you use your Reward Points against a purchase and subsequently cancel or return all or part of your order, your rewards points will be deducted from your refund due and reinstated to your Rewards Points balance - please note, this can take up to 7 days to process.
10. The minimum number of points that can be applied as a discount is 100.
11. The maximum discount by redeeming Rewards Points is 100% in any single transaction.
12. The current Ellan Reward Points earning rate is 5% of the final sale value of goods purchased , after discount codes (if any) have been applied. No Ellan Reward points are earned by using a premium delivery service, gift wrapping service, the purchase of gift vouchers, or any other 'virtual' item that may be offered for sale.
13. Reward Points can be redeemed at the checkout at the rate of : 100points = £1.00 discount. British Pounds Sterling is used as the base rate in determining the value of reward points - if you shopping on the Ellan website using an alternative currency, the equivalent value in your currency will apply. Please note, the value of your reward points earned may fluctuate depending on the exchange rate value of your currency against British Pounds Sterling.
14. All reward points must be used within a period of 180 days after they become active - after this date, any unused Reward Points are automatically removed from the system.
Bonus Reward Points
15. Additional Reward Points can be gained by referring new users to the Ellan website. Bonus Points can only be earned where a new user has came to the ellan.co.uk website via a link containing an existing customers affiliate code - this is automatically generated when an existing customer is logged into ellan.co.uk.
16. Bonus Reward Points are only awarded for the first purchase , by a new user who has came to ellan.co.uk via an existing customers link containing the customer affiliate code.
17. Bonus Reward Points can only be earned when a new user purchases eligible items on the ellan.co.uk website (see point 12 above).
18. Where a new customer completes a purchase and subsequently cancels or returns an item, any bonus reward points that have been earned from that purchase will be cancelled.
19. Bonus Reward Points remain pending for a period of 21days after completion of the checkout process - they can be used against future purchases only after this time has passed.
20. The bonus rate for earning Bonus Reward Points is currently 5% - e.g. if a new customer earns 100 reward points on completion of their first purchase, the person who's affiliate link was used to refer that customer will also receive 100 reward points as their bonus.
21. Bonus Reward Points have the same redemption value as conventional reward points.
22. No cash alternative is offered for Bonus Reward Points - they can only be used as a discount on items offered for sale at ellan.co.uk
23. Bonus Reward Points are treated exactly the same way as conventional Ellan Reward Points and must be used within 180 days of becoming active.
Reward Points in General
Reward points are offered in good faith by Ellan.co.uk as a means of rewarding customers for shopping and also referring new customers to the Ellan.co.uk website. Any person found abusing the Ellan Reward Points program may have their account with Ellan.co.uk cancelled - resulting in the loss of any reward points they may have.
Customers must not send unsolicited emails containing referral links (commonly known as spam) - anyone found practicing 'unsociable' means for promoting their Ellan.co.uk may have their accounts suspended and/or cancelled.
Customers are welcome to post their affiliate link on their own blog or website for which they have permission to do so.
