Delays can sometimes arise that are outwith our control.
Please allow 5 extra days after the expected delivery date to pass before contacting us. If we discover that your order will be delayed for whatever reason, then we will attempt to inform you as quickly as possible.
We always attempt to delivery every order complete, within our estimated delivery time and in any case, as quickly as possible.
Our estimated delivery time for each product does not include Weekends, Bank or Public holidays.
We may part deliver your order at no extra cost to you.
We will keep you informed at all times on the status and expected delivery time of your order.

We love our products , and we love that you love them too! Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we carry out an inspection of each and every product before dispatching it to you.
Every item inspected bears a removable, easy peel 'inspected by' sticker.
Returning An Item
We hope that you are delighted with all your purchases from Ellan, and whilst we comprehensively inspect every item before it is dispatched, we recognize that there may be an occasion where you may need to return an item.
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on Ellan.co.uk that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a salable condition within 14 days of receipt. Ellan.co.uk purchases can only be returned by post.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the packaging seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that all items must be returned with all labels, barcode tags and presentation packaging intact.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags and packaging must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Returns By Post
Please use our Contact Form to let us know that you are planning to return an item.
We shall email you a returns form, and a returns reference number which should be printed and included within your returns package. Please note, we won't be able to make a quick refund unless your returned items are accompanied with a returns reference number.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
Any refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
Note : Returns by post cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number which must be requested within 14 days from delivery of your order.
Returning Goods Bought As Special Offers Or With Loyalty Points
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must also return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
If you return an item purchased using a Discount Code, Reward Points redemption or similar discount offer that we may operate, the value of your return will be the final cash amount after any discounts have been applied of the sale that you paid.
Unfortunately, it may not be possible to reinstate your Reward Points against a returned item, please refer to our Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions for more information.
Your Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
